Early Childhood Educator

Coles Group is looking for a Early Childhood Educator to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Darwin, NT. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members

What we’re looking for

• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
• Australian working rights
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $123,000 – $160,000 per year
