Service Desk Analyst

Coles Group is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Darwin, NT. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems

What we’re looking for

• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• A positive, safety-first attitude
• Australian working rights
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $96,000 – $104,000 per year
