Coles Group is looking for a Employment Coach to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.
About the role
This is a contract/temp position based in Canberra, ACT. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
What we’re looking for
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
- Australian working rights
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $98,000 – $127,000 per year
- Genuine flexible working — hybrid for office roles, agreed rosters for site roles
