We are growing and Telstra needs a Careers Advisor who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.
About the role
This is a part time position based in Darwin, NT. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
- Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
What we’re looking for
- Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
- A positive, safety-first attitude
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
- Australian working rights
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $99,000 – $135,000 per year
