Support Coordinator

We are growing and Commonwealth Bank needs a Support Coordinator who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.

About the role

This is a full time position based in Gold Coast, QLD. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems

What we’re looking for

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• Australian working rights

What you’ll get
