We are growing and NAB needs a Employment Coach who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.
About the role
This is a contract/temp position based in Newcastle, NSW. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
What we’re looking for
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
- Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
- A positive, safety-first attitude
- Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $96,000 – $122,000 per year
