We are growing and Qantas needs a Estimator who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.
About the role
This is a contract/temp position based in Darwin, NT. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
- Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
What we’re looking for
- A positive, safety-first attitude
- Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)

- A salary in the range of $50 – $65 per hour
