We are growing and Australia Post needs a Employment Coach who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.
About the role
This is a part time position based in Geelong, VIC. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.
What you’ll be doing
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
- Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
- Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
- Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
What we’re looking for
- Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
- Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
- A positive, safety-first attitude
- Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
What you’ll get
- A salary in the range of $120,000 – $157,000 per year
