Employment Coach

We are growing and Ramsay Health Care needs a Employment Coach who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.

About the role

This is a contract/temp position based in Darwin, NT. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly

What we’re looking for

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
• A positive, safety-first attitude
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team
• Australian working rights

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $132,000 – $162,000 per year
