Employment Coach

Suncorp has an opportunity for an experienced Employment Coach. The team is supportive, the work is varied, and the expectations are clear.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Perth, WA. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement — we act on good ideas quickly
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager

What we’re looking for

• A positive, safety-first attitude
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
• Australian working rights
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $140,000 – $154,000 per year
