Customer Service Consultant

Macquarie Group is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join the team. This is a newly created role, and you will have real scope to shape how it works from the first month.

About the role

This is a contract/temp position based in Darwin, NT. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Deliver day-to-day work to a consistently high standard, with clear handover notes
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early

What we’re looking for

• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
• Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership
• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $68,000 – $92,000 per year
