Recruitment Consultant

We are growing and Bolton Clarke needs a Recruitment Consultant who can hit the ground running. You will be working with a team that has been together for years and is genuinely good at what they do.

About the role

This is a contract/temp position based in Darwin, NT. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role

What we’re looking for

• Relevant qualification or trade certification where the role requires it
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
• A positive, safety-first attitude
• Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $73,000 – $88,000 per year
