Learning & Development Specialist

Telstra has an opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist. The team is supportive, the work is varied, and the expectations are clear.

About the role

This is a part time position based in Darwin, NT. You will report to the team lead and work alongside a group of people who take pride in doing the basics well.

What you’ll be doing

• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Report on progress and outcomes to the relevant manager
• Work with your team lead to plan the week and flag risks early
• Keep records accurate and up to date in our systems
• Follow all safety, quality and compliance requirements relevant to the role

What we’re looking for

• Relevant experience in a similar role, or demonstrated equivalent capability
• A current driver’s licence (preferred, not essential for all locations)
• A positive, safety-first attitude
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Australian working rights

What you’ll get

• A salary in the range of $84,000 – $102,000 per year
